• Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Aug 2018 until Thu 20 Dec 2018, Sun – Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 22, 27, 29 Aug, 6, 20, 24 Sep, 14 – 22, 30, 31 Oct and 4, 15, 20, 25 Nov 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Sunday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin executive or classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a garden suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main from the set dinner menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following starter: pan seared scallops £2, mains: 8oz Sirloin £5, 8oz fillet £7.50; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course spa lunch choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Option 2 includes a 40 minute treatment per person and 1 hour access to the thermal experience for over 16’s only; please advise hotel of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment at time of booking.
• Treatment can be upgraded to 55 minutes for a supplementary charge of £15 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Free parking available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
