• Voucher is valid from Tue 29 Oct 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, valid Tue & Thur 10am - 4pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 3pm and Sat 8am - 1pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9, 15 - 16 Nov and 22 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Option 1: Duration approx 25 mins. Treatment lasts 4 - 6 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatment.
• Option 2: Duration approx 30 mins. Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Eyebrow wax and tint suitable suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, but not for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Facial and Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.  
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
