• Option 1, 2 & 4: Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Oct 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019; 7 days; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Oct 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019; Sun - Fri; subject to availability; excludes Saturdays.
• All options exclude 30 Nov and 24 - 25 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out up until 2pm; subject to availability.
• Privilege double room; twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature double room £70 or feature suite £150; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 1 & 2 includes a 175ml glass of red, white or rose wine; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 - 4 include a 3 course dinner; menu is seasonal and subject to change. Supplements may apply to some dishes and will be clearly advised by hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Option 4 dinner is on the first night only. 
• Free parking available.
• Includes access to spa facilities.
• Options 3 & 4 includes a choice of a deep tissue back massage or facial; for over 18’s only; max two vouchers per group; suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Treatment can be upgraded to a pre-natal massage; please liaise directly with the venue.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children under 12 stay free including breakfast; additional meals will be charged as taken. Ages 12 and over are classed as adults.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel; please discuss when booking. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
