• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 27, 31 Dec 2019 - 8 Jan 2020 and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12pm.
• Superior double en-suite cabin available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available; space for one car per cabin.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children aged 3 years and under are charged at £10 per night for a cot.  Children aged 3 – 14 years are charged at £25 per night with an additional bed provided. Includes breakfast.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
