• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Nov 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Option 1:  Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Options 2 and 3: check-in 2pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Privilege double room; twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.
• Privilege room includes king-size bed, large bathroom with walk-in shower, Nespresso machine, robes and slippers, complimentary soft drinks and snacks, 48" flat-screen TV and views towards the front gardens.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature double room £70 or feature suite £150; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a choice of red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise of your preferred choice at time of booking.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 3 course dinner; menu is seasonal and subject to change. Supplements may apply to some dishes and will be clearly advised by hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Free parking available.
• Option 2 and 3 include a 40 minute spa treatment each for over 18’s only; suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children under 12 stay free including breakfast; additional meals will be charged as taken. Ages 12 and over are classed as adults.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel; please discuss when booking. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
