• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 21 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

• There is no reception desk at 28 North Bridge, check-in is made using a key-less entry system; a personalised entry code will be sent to guests 3 days before arrival; please discuss at time of booking.
• Please note that the lift services apartments only up to the third floor. The apartments located on the fourth and fifth floors are accessed only by stairs from the third floor.

• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; travel cots can be provided for children ages 0 - 2yrs. No additional beds.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
