• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Mon 23 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 7 - 23 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per stay is required for any stays which include Fridays or Saturdays; payable directly to hotel. Email bookings only.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Birchbrae Highland Lodges.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Each lodge has one king size bed and two twin bedrooms.
• Self-catered dining within each property.
• Children permitted and included in the overall head count, except for under 2s which can be added to overall head count; max 2 infants per lodge. High chairs and travel cots cost a supplementary charge of £10 per child per stay; payable directly to Birchbrae Highland Lodges.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per dog per stay; payable directly to Birchbrae Highland Lodges. Dogs must not be left alone in the lodge and must be kept off the furniture and bedding. Cats and other pets are not permitted.
• One wheelchair accessible lodge available; please discuss availability at the time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
