Small print

• Option 1 voucher is valid from Tue 5 Jun 2018 until Tue 27 Nov 2018, Tue arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jun 2018 until Fri 31 Aug 2018, Fri arrivals only and valid on selected dates: 1 - 4, 15 - 18, 22 - 25 Jun, 29 Jun - 2 Jul, 20 - 23, 27 - 30 Jul and 31 Jul - 3 Aug 2018; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Oct 2018 and Option 2 by Fri 3 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 30 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Stay cannot be extended. 
• A security deposit of £600 is required on check-in at the venue and will be refunded within 3 days of departure minus any applicable costs.  
• Option 1: check-in from 2pm, check-out before 11am.
• Option 2: check-in from 4pm, check-out before 10am.
• Bedroom layouts
  - 1 master bedroom with five double beds and en-suite with large walk in shower and Jacuzzi bath.
  - 2 bedrooms with two double beds.
  - 1 bedroom with five double beds all sharing a large family bathroom and walk in shower.
  - 1 bedroom with two single beds and one double bed with en-suite.
  - 1 bedroom with two double beds and en-suite.
  - 2 bedrooms with a curtain partition with four single beds sharing a large wet room.
  - 1 bedroom with three single beds and a wash hand basin; this room has no window.
• Valid for self catering only; organised catering can be added for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with venue.
• A supplementary charge is required for the following: Champagne meet and greet service on arrival £8pp, bespoke dinner service with Spanish chef from £29pp, cocktail masterclass evening with 5 cocktails each and butler £32pp or unlimited use of the spa throughout your stay inc the swim spa, additional hot tubs £490; payable directly to Green Loaning Mansion.
• Includes WiFi, 5 flat screen TVs, a 10x10 movie screen with a Sony HD projector, a PlayStation and games console, HD Sky movies, full music system on all three levels, pool table, gym with 5 punch bags, speed ball and a trampoline and two outdoor hot tubs.
• Linen and hand towels are included; towels can be included for a £2 pp supplementary charge; please discuss directly with venue.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; high chairs are included but members must provide own cots.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
