Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 12 Jan 2023 until Sun 18 Jun 2023, Tue - Sun 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays, 14 Feb, 19 Mar & 10-12 Apr 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 2 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Table required back after 90 mins. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
