• Voucher is valid from Tue 20 Feb 2018 until Fri 27 Apr 2018; subject to availability.
• Union Street salon: Mon & Fri 9am - 6pm, Tue & Wed 9am - 8pm, Thur 11am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays.
• Perth Road salon: Tue & Wed 9am - 6pm, Thur 11am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Please note that Saturdays have limited availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 12 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; please note option 1 Prosecco cocktail is for over 18’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins to 1 hr 30mins depending on hair thickness and length; can last up to 1 week depending on how often your hair is washed.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 1 – 2 hrs; includes tint regrowth or semi-permanent colour refresh only;  patch test is required 24 hours in advance of your appointment; please discuss directly with salon. Excludes colour corrections.
• Option 2 treatment can be upgraded to creative colour inc highlights, multi tonal highlights and ombre for a supplementary charge of £40 – £70; payable directly to salon. Please note supplementary charge will be depend on the length and thickness of your hair and will be discussed during your consultation.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 1hr – 3hrs 30 mins depending on hair thickness and length; can last up to 6 months depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 1 is for a Head Stylist, option 2 is for a Senior Stylist.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available in Perth Road salon; no wheelchair access available in Union Street salon.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
