• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Aug 2020 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.
• Non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: privilege room £25 and superior room £40; payable directly to hotel.

• Max of 2 children permitted in a family room; subject to availability. Family rooms available at a supplement; please discuss directly with the hotel. Children aged up to 14 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
