• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4, 18, 23 Nov, 24 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan and 10, 14 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note limited availability on Saturdays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 7 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Max of 5 vouchers per group. 
• Standard double or twin standard rooms; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded on arrival, supplement charges from £15; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a £28 per person dinner allowance towards the a la carte menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Un-used dinner allowance is non-refundable and non-transferable, and any amount over the allocation should be paid in full at the time of check-out.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a 250ml glass of wine each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted, 1 child aged 12 and under can stay for free when sharing twin room with adults. A supplementary charge of £7.50 is required for children’s breakfast (children’s dinner to be charged as taken); payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; limited number of pet friendly rooms and subject to availability.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
