Sitting proudly on its own rocky outcrop on the coast of the 12,000 hectare Ardnamurchan Estate, it overlooks the Sound of Mull towards Tobermory

Our stay in Mingary Castle exceeded our expectations.
The building itself is an incredible example of a major restoration project where no expense appeared to have been spared in order to provide luxury and comfort. The food was beyond excellent with a change of menu every evening. The service provided by the small team was first rate, attentive and very friendly.
The whole experience was most definitely worth the long drive there

Whilst it was very remote, and a bit of an expedition to get to, it was definitely worth it! We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. The staff were lovely, the castle was beautiful and the food was stunning!

The rooms were lovely, no tv which we liked but some may not.
The food was brilliant everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
The staff were all really great, so friendly and helpful.
Not much to do there but its perfect for a relaxing break. We will go back.
