Small print

• Voucher is valid until 31st July 2014, 7 days (£10 per room, per night supplement applies for stays in July); subject to availability.
• An additional £20 supplement applies to Fri and Sat night stays & the following dates: 4th, 5th, 25th & 26th May - payable to Moness.
• Reservations must be made by 6th June or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in at 3pm, check out at 11am.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted but cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• In order to house additional guests, you must upgrade from a deluxe room to a superior room or suite. Extra guests are charged per person, per night as follows: 3-5 yrs are £5 per child per night (cot & breakfast), 6-12 yrs old are £15 per child per night (B&B) and 13 yrs + are £20 (B&B) - please arrange with Moness. Under 2s may stay for free. Max of 2 children permitted in a superior room or suite, subject to availability.
• Members can extend their stay at a supplement of £55 per night; subject to availability.
• Upgrade to a superior room for a supplement of £10 per room per night, a suite/garden room/cedar room for £20 per room per night.
• Upgrade to include a spa treatment each at specially negotiated rates for itison members, with a 25% discount on all normally priced treatments (must be booked prior to arrival) - please discuss directly with Moness by calling 01887 822100.
• Members who enjoy a 3 course meal in the Flemmyng restaurant during their stay will receive a complimentary house bottle of wine per couple.
• Please pay all supplements directly to Moness Resort.
• A valid credit/debit card will be required at check-in.
• No pets permitted.
• On site parking available.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your stay. Members who amend their stay once it has been confirmed will incur a £20 amendment fee.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
