• Overnight stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 7 Nov 2020 until Sat 28 Nov 2020, Tue and Sat check-ins only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Mon and Wed - Fri check-ins.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Nov 2020 until Sat 28 Nov 2020, Mon, Tue, Fri and Sat check-ins only; subject to availability. Excludes Wed - Thur and Sun check-ins.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Murder mystery will take place on Tue 10th, 17th and 24th Nov and Sat 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th November 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.  
• Check-in 3pm check-out 11am.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Please arrive for dinner at 7pm for a 7.30pm start and entertainment will take place throughout your meal.
• Free parking available. 
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 3 – 15 and require a supplementary charge of £20 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Ages 2 and under stay free of charge with cots available on request.
• Max of 1 dog are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• In the event that the Murder Mystery experience cannot go ahead due to Scottish Government restrictions, alternative entertainment, alternative dates or a refund will be given.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
