• Voucher is valid from Mon 25 Apr 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Superior double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room or suite for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Option 2: Includes 2 courses from the Eòlas menu or £30pp to spend in Cairns restaurant. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Children under 12 stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults and paying for all meals as taken. Families can be accommodated in a Lynedoch Suite for a supplementary charge of £60; subject to availability. Please discuss with and pay directly.
• No pets permitted. Guide and hearing dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
