• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Visitor Centre is open 7 days 10am - 4pm and guided tours run at 11.30am or 2pm; subject to availability.
• Option 1 excludes all Saturdays and Sundays in December and 25 & 31 Dec and 14 Feb.
• Options 2 & 3 excludes all dates in December 2019 and 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins. 
• Options 2 & 3: Includes 2 tickets to New Lanark Visitor Centre.
• Option 3: Includes a guided tour; duration approx. 45 mins; further details on the tour can be found here.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
