Small print

• Option 1 - 3 (tubing and lift pass) voucher is valid until Wed 31 Oct 2018, Mon - Thur 10am - 6.30pm, Fri - Sun 11am - 4pm; subject to availability. Please note limited weekday availability; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Option 4 and 5 (taster session) voucher is valid from Sat 1 Sept 2018 until Sun 28 Oct 2018, Sat & Sun 11am – 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays - Fridays.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 – 3 voucher must be booked by Mon 22 Oct 2018 and option 4 and 5 by Mon 15 Oct 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note limited availability during the October break.
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person. 
• Equipment provided; members must bring gloves and dress appropriately.
• Please note a health waiver must be signed prior to activities.
• Snowsports are physical activities, If there are any concerns please speak with doctor first.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Please arrive 15 mins before your time of booking.
• Tubing:
• Duration: approx. 1 hr.
• Suitable for ages 3+; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and children ages 3 - 5 years must slide with an adult.
• Max of 20 people per session.
• Trainers are recommended for tubing session.
• Lift Pass:
• Duration: approx. 2hrs.
• Ages 10 – 15 years must meet recreational standard. Under 10s using the main slope should be accompanied by an adult who is also competent to the agreed recreational standard for main slope use. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Max of 40 people per session.
• Taster lesson:
• Duration: approx. 1hr
• Suitable for ages 7+; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult; adult is not required to take part.
• Max of 10 people per session.
• All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on Newmilns Snow & Sports Complex premises. Adults will be held responsible for any damage caused by children they accompany on Newmilns Snow & Sports Complex premises. Aged 10-15 years old must meet minimum competency (recreational standard) and adults must accompany at all times. Under 10 years old using the main slope should be accompanied by an adult who is also competent to the agreed minimum standard for main slope use.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
