Located within the four-star Parklands Hotel and overlooking Perth’s South Inch Park, No.1 The Bank Bistro offers a varied menu with an emphasis on using local fresh produce in the dishes.

- Woodland mushroom salad with goats cheese whip and tarragon vinaigrette
- Ox cheek and grain mustard risotto with shaved parmesan and truffle vinaigrette
