• 3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 8 Nov 2019 until Fri 18 Dec 2020; subject to availability. Friday check-in only.
• 4 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Nov 2019 until Mon 14 Dec 2020; subject to availability. Monday check-in only.
• 7 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Nov 2019 until Sat 19 Dec 2020; subject to availability. Saturday check-in only.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 3 Jan 2020, 7 - 28 Feb 2020 and 30 Mar - 20 Apr 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Choice of a first floor apartment (The Abraham and Blakey) or a ground floor apartment (The Graham).
• Max of 3 children permitted; under 1’s stay free when using existing beds, ages 1 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £9 per child per night for extra beds, meals not included; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
