Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 16 Jun 2019 until Sun 29 Sept 2019, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon – Sat and 4, 11, 18, 25 Aug 2019.

Options 2 & 3: Voucher is valid from Thur 13 Jun 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 19 – 21, 25 Jun, 1 – 2 Jul, 1 - 31 August, 2 – 3, 20, 26 Sept 2019. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Option 4: Voucher is valid from Thur 13 Jun 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and 19, 20, 25 Jun, 1 – 2 Jul, 1 - 31 August, 2 – 3, 26 Sept 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Option 1: Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Options 2 – 4: check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 1: Classic double or twin room available.

Option 2 & 4: Executive double or twin room available.

Option 3: Junior suite or feature double room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 – 4: Include £35pp dinner allowance from the Brasserie menu available here; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 4: Includes a 25 minute spa treatment each; treatment to be take on the day of check out.

Includes access to leisure facilities: swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room.

Max of 2 children permitted when sharing with adults; families can be accommodated in an Executive room only for a supplement of £20 per room; subject to availability. Children aged 3 and under are free of charge; children from 4 to 11 receive complimentary bed & breakfast; other meals charged at 50% of the adult price or as stated on the children’s menu; children from 12 to 17 years will be charged £25 for bed and breakfast and the adult price for all other meals.

No pets permitted; guide dogs only.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
