Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 21 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 1 night stay: max of 4 per person. 2 night stay: max of 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. Please note check-in is at the Ranald Hotel, 41 Stevenson Street.
• Standard studio apartment available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Max of 1 child or additional adult permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly. An additional child is permitted in a cot which is available upon request. Guests must bring their own bedding for the cot.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
