• Voucher is valid from Tue 5 Jun 2018 until Tue 14 Aug 2018, Mon, Tue & Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm, Wed 9am - 3pm, Thur 9.30am - 8pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Please note limited availability on Saturdays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: approx. 45 - 60 mins depending on hair length.
• Deal is valid for stylists Hannah and Rachel or lead stylist Megan only.
• Colour upgrade options are available; please discuss directly with salon at time of booking. A patch test will be required.
• Please note re-style is not included and can be added for a supplementary charge  of £10; please discuss directly with salon at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
