• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2018 – 6 Jan 2019, 14 – 20 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to Huntingtower Lodges.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Option 1: double room.
• Option 2: one double room and one twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss with Huntingtower Lodges.
• Electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter, average surcharge is £8 - £12 per night, depending on weather.
• Bed linen is provided and all lodges include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and complimentary wifi.
• No towels provided.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted and must be included in the overall headcount. Travel cots available for ages 2 and under for a supplementary charge of £5 ; please discuss with Huntingtower Lodges at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
