• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Mar 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2020 - 29 Jan 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Deluxe double room with four poster bed available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Include £23.50pp dinner spend valid on food from the main menu; menu is subject to change. Dinner spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Children and pets are not permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
