• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2019 – 2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online enquiries only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Option 1: One bedroom loch-side duplex apartment available.
• Option 2: One bedroom lodge available.
• Option 3: Two bedroom lodge with inbuilt sauna available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note a valid credit card must be presented at check-in; no deposit will be taken.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children under 5 are free, ages 5 -12 are £15 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £7.50 per pet per night in a pet friendly room in the self-catering apartments and lodges; payable directly to hotel. Please liaise directly with the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
