• Option 1 voucher is valid from until Thu 28 Mar 2019, Mon - Thu 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays – Sundays and 24 Dec 2018 – 1 Jan 2019.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Fri 2 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Fri or Sun 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Thursdays and Saturdays, 24 Dec 2018 – 1 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 7 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission if 6 months since last treatment.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 30mins; please note rasul treatment is self-applied.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: 20m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, ice fountain, experience shower, relaxation areas and fully equipped techno gym.
• Lunch will be soup and sandwich; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
