• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable direct.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022,Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2021, 1-2 Jan and 13-15 Feb 2022.
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 11.30am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes cream tea served on arrival between 2pm and 5pm served in the lounge. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free parking available.
• Max 1 child ages 12 and under are permitted on a B&B basis for a supplementary charge of £10 and £20 to upgrade to family room £20; payable directly to hotel at time of booking. Cots are not available.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per stay; payable directly to hotel at time of booking. Please discuss when booking.
• No wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
