• Sep option: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 3-5, 11-12 and 17-18 Sep 2021. Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Sep 2021.
• Oct - Dec option: Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Oct 2021 until Sat 18 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 22-23 Oct and 26-27 Nov 2021.  Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021.
• Stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Online bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking is available on site for £15 per day.
• Breakfast will be served following the current government guidelines.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Children are permitted and included in overall headcount. Extra beds not available. Cots are available free for infants.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
