• Voucher is valid for match on Sat 14 Mar 2020 only, kick off 4.45pm. Please note match kick off time is in GMT.
• Hotel stay must commence on Fri 13 Mar 2020; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Vouchers are non-refundable once confirmed with World Choice Sports.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Single person supplements apply; please discuss directly with World Choice Sports.
• Minimum age of lead passenger must be over 18.
• Please note transfers are not included.
• Flight options: Meeting point is Manchester airport. Outbound flight will depart on Fri 13 Mar 2020 at 7am from Manchester and land in Rome Fiumicino at 11am. Return flight will depart on Mon 16 Mar 2020 at 6.35pm from Rome Fiumicino and land in Manchester at 8.30pm. Flight times are subject to change. Includes hand baggage only; no additional baggage can be added.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport (min. 6 months validity) and your own worldwide travel insurance to cover you in the event of medical emergencies, flight delays etc.
• Standard twin or double rooms available; based on two people sharing. Supplements for single travellers will apply; please discuss directly with World Choice Sports.
• Please note that it is room only; no breakfast is included.
• Choice of hotel is subject to availability and will be on a first come, first served basis. You may be offered a different hotel of equal quality.
• Choice of 3* hotels from: Casa La Salle, Hotel Tre Stelle, Hotel Giotto, Colony Hotel, Hotel Kriss, Hotel Tempio di Pallade, Hotel Montreal.
• Choice of 4* hotels from: Excel Roma Montemario, Occidental Aurelia, Smooth Hotel Rome West, Holiday Inn Rome Aurelia.
• Members can upgrade to a 4* Luxury Collection Hotel for a supplement: Hotel Eliseo, Rome Latinum, Rome Twentyone, Rome Hotel Palladium Palace; please discuss with and pay directly to World Choice sports.
• Check-in / check-out times can vary depending the hotel chosen; please discuss with World Choice Sports.
• Seating for the match will be in either Curva Nord or Curva Sud; please arrange with Worldchoice Sports directly.
• Please note that World Choice Sports cannot indicate exact locations of seats until tickets are received. Groups of up to six people will always be seated together but larger groups may be split. Nobody will be seated alone unless it is a single person booking.
• You will receive a booking confirmation once you book as well as a pack and tickets instructing on the exact meeting point by recorded delivery, 4 weeks prior to event.
• Children are permitted; ticket prices are the same.
• Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
