• Voucher is valid from Tue 17 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid 7 days, 7am - 7pm.
• Option 2: Valid 7 days, 9:30am - 6pm.
• Option 3: Valid Mon-Fri, 7am - 7pm. Excludes Sat & Sun.
• Option 4: Valid Mon-Fri, 9:30am - 6pm. Excludes Sat & Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023; (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked. Date can be rescheduled with 72 hours advance notice; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Option 1: Includes afternoon tea. Please discuss any dietary requirements directly.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
