• Voucher is valid for match on Sat 17 Mar 2018 only, hotel stay may commence on Fri 16 or Sat 17 March 2018; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Sept 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Vouchers are non-refundable once confirmed with World Choice Sports.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Please note flights are not included.
• Twin or double rooms based on two people sharing in a choice of hotels; supplements apply for single travellers, please discuss directly with World Choice Sports.
• Supplements for single travellers apply and vary from £65 per person. 
• Choice of 3* hotels from: Casa La Salle, Hotel Tre Stelle, Hotel Giotto, Colony Hotel, Hotel d’Este Rome, Hotel Kriss, Marc’Aurelio Hotel, Hotel Tempio di Pallade, Hotel Portamaggiore, Hotel Augustea; subject to availability.
• Choice of 4* hotels from: Sunrise Hotel, Smooth Hotel Rome West, Hotel Artis, Hotel Regent, Hotel Domidea, Hotel Champagne Palace, Hotel Area Roma; subject to availability.
• You may be offered a different hotel of equal quality.
• Check-in / check-out times vary depending the hotel chosen; please discuss with World Choice Sports.
• Hotels can be upgraded to 4-star Luxury Collection Hotels for supplementary charge; payable directly to World Choice Sports. Hotels can include: Mascagni, Romanico Palace, Radisson Blu Es, Gran Tiberio, Gran gianicolo.
• Tickets can be upgraded to Tevera Paterra or Monte Mario; please discuss directly with World Choice Sports.
• You will be sent a pack and tickets instructing on the exact meeting point by recorded delivery, 4 weeks prior to event.
• Children are permitted.
• Seating for the 6 Nations match is seat in either Curva Nord or Curva Sud; please arrange with Worldchoice Sports directly.
• Please note that Worldchoice Sports cannot indicate exact locations of seats until tickets are received. Groups of up to six people will always be seated together but larger groups may be split. Nobody will be seated alone unless it is a single person booking.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
