• Voucher is valid from Sun 5 Jan 2020 until Sun 8 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Option 1: Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Option 2: Check-in 5pm, check-out 12noon.
• Includes a welcome pack with shortbread, oatcakes and a bottle of Prosecco.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A refundable security deposit of £200 is required; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss directly with venue.
• Superking or twin set up.
• No children permitted.

• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
