• Mon - Thu stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon - Thu.
• Excludes Fri - Sun and 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• Fri - Mon stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 28 Mar 2022, Fri - Mon.
• Excludes Tue - Thu and 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• General: bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple purchases not permitted.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• 4 people options: 2 bed (1 double and 1 twin room) cabin available. 6 people option: 3 bed (2 double and 1 twin room) cabin available.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount. Cots available at a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per stay; payable directly. Please discuss at time of booking; pet friendly rooms are subject to availability.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
