• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon - Thur; subject to availability.
• Treatments are available 10am - 5pm.
• Afternoon tea is served 2pm - 5pm.
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 3 per group; subject to availability.
• Back, neck and shoulder massage not available during pregnancy.
• Treatment may be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with spa.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr.
• Includes a choice of two 30min treatments from: back, neck and shoulder massage, mini facial, Indian head massage or hand and foot ritual.
• Includes afternoon tea with a 125ml glass of fizz per person. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Max of 3 people per table.
• Please note the leisure facilities are located in a separate building from the spa. The leisure club is open from 6am - 10pm.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.   
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
