Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Sun 28 Feb 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Feb 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard king or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Room only stay with bottle of fizz on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; infants only (0-2 years old), other children will be included in overall headcount. Travel cots are available; please discuss at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
