• Voucher is valid from Sun 12 May 2019 until Sun 28 Jul 2019, Sun only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays - Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.
• Booking is non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard king or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a £25pp allowance to be used on food only; excludes beverages. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available; please discuss when booking.
• Max of 1 child permitted. Cots are available free of charge for children aged 0-2; subject to availability. Ages 2-12 stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding on a room only basis; all meals for the paid for as taken. Please discuss requirements directly with hotel.
• No dogs permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
