• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 22 - 31 Dec 2021 and 1 - 5 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Room can be upgraded to a loch view room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for supplementary charge, please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes £30 allowance towards any food and beverages. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max 1 child under 12 permitted free of charge when sharing rooms with 2 adults with all meals paid for as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Max 2 pets permitted for a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access.
• Advanced booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
