• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Dec 2018 – 31 Jan and 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 7 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a sea view room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3 and 4 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards food on the first night only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes bottle of red or white house wine upon arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted; under 5s stay free, ages 5 – 12 years required a supplementary charge of £25 per child inc breakfast per night; payable directly to hotel. Ages 13+ are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
