• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Fri 25 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Option 1: late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin and Superior rooms available.  All rooms subject to availability
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes afternoon tea plus a glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Menu is subject to change. Alcohol cannot be replaced with soft drink. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten/wheat free options available.
• Children permitted and included in head count.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
