• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 1-31 Jan and 14 Feb 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes 2 courses from the set early bird menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco (200ml bottle each) on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted; please discuss direct.
• Pets are permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable direct.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
