• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 7 - 8, 14 - 15 Feb and 7 - 8 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Standard or deluxe double or twin room available; subject to availability. 
• Room can be upgraded to a family room for a supplement of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3 Include £40 dinner allowance towards food and drinks; menu is subject to change. Option 3 is for dinner first night only. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Table required back after 2 hours.
• Max of 2 children permitted; must upgrade to a family room, sleeps 2 children and 2 adults. No charge for cots in room.
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
