Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 vouchers per table for afternoon tea.

Overnight: Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded to a super king for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Max of 1 child aged 3-15 permitted; a supplementary charge of £20 including breakfast is required; payable directly. Ages 2 and under stay free of charge; cots are available on request. 

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
