• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11 – 17 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Mar 2019 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each from the menu; menu subject to change.
• A supplementary charge of £6 is required for rib eye steak; payable directly to hotel.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking available at The Scores and along the 18th plus paid parking towards the West Sands Beach.
• Max of 1 child permitted; infants only (0-2 years old), other children will be included in overall headcount. Travel cots are available; please discuss at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
