• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 13 Feb and 27 Mar 2022.
• Takeaway: Valid for collection at 2pm and 2.30pm. Orders must be made by 11am the day prior to your preferred collection date.
• Sit-in: Valid 2pm and 2.30pm only. Includes unlimited tea, americano or black coffee refills.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only. Please note online bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your takeaway or sit in booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 5 per person.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea set menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco each.
• Option 4: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
