• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019 and 14 - 15, 21 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12.30pm.
• Executive double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes afternoon tea with a cocktail each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children require a supplementary charge of £10pcpn; payable directly to hotel. Children under 2 stay free of charge and cots are available subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Afternoon tea is not included for children.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
