• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 10 May 2021 until Sun 19 Sep 2021.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Jun 2021 until Sun 19 Sep 2021.
• Vouchers are valid Mon & Wed 10am - 7pm, Tue & Fri 10am - 5pm, Thu 10am - 6pm, Sat 10am - 4pm and Sun 11am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 2 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: Duration approx 45 mins. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy. Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers who have been in remission for 5 years.
• Option 2: Duration approx 1 hour 15 mins. Treatment is suitable during pregnancy and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Facial is subject to government guidelines at time of treatment.
• Please discuss any health concerns or existing medical conditions directly with the spa before purchasing your voucher.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.   
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
