itison diners will get a chance to experience some of the city's best seafood with a specially selected menu by chef proprietor Didier Dejean. Enjoying a glass of Champagne on arrival, each dish will then be introduced and explained by the restaurant's experienced team.
The Silver Darling is one of the top seafood restaurants in Aberdeen, recommended in the Michelin Guide and listed in the Good Food Guide for over 22 years. It's also been listed as one of the UK's top 10 seafood restaurants in The Sunday Times.

Crab & crevette cocktail with gazpacho, avruga caviar & mixed herbs

Pan fried fillet of sea bream with chickpea & smoked paprika puree, marinated grilled courgettes, spicy cherry tomatoes, octopus & chorizo dressing

- Tables must be booked in groups of 2 or 4 (individual bookings are not available), larger group bookings are subject to availability and must be discussed at the time of booking.
- Bookings will be taken in small groups of tables in half hour intervals from 6pm-9pm.
- Tables may be required back after a certain time, you will be advised when booking.
