• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2023 until Sat 29 Jul 2023, Tue - Sat 10am - 5:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jul 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• 18+ only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment duration approx. 30-45 mins including consultation.
• Facials: Not suitable for those who are pregnant or who have skin cancer. Please note skin peel may cause redness and you must wear a high SPF afterwards and avoid sunlight.
• Radio Frequency treatment: Not suitable for those who are pregnant or who have skin cancer.
• Back, neck and shoulder massage and brow lamination: Not suitable during pregnancy.
• Lipo Laser & Ultrasonic cavitation: Not suitable for those who are pregnant or who have skin cancer.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
