Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 19 Feb 2018 until Mon 28 May 2018, Mon 12noon - 7pm, Tue 9am - 5pm, Wed 11am - 5pm, Thur 10am - 7pm and Sat 10am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Sundays and 31 Mar, 2, 3, 28, 30 Apr and 1, 2 May 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 14 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 vouchers per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45mins inc consultation. Treatment is not suitable during first trimester of pregnancy and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins inc consultation. Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
